What we offer
Drumless Water Treatment Program
This provides a safe, hands-off approach to your chemical treatment requirements. Trained HPE professionals will automatically refill the specially designed, spill-proof containment units at your facility, eliminating the need for any handling by your personnel. These units are specifically utilized to eliminate drums on-site, while providing a barrier against spills from unexpected drum leaks.
Remote Monitoring
Using the latest, most reliable and secure server technology for connection, control, and history management, our monitoring service will send email alerts to keep users informed of any alarm conditions, including disconnection and power loss. All of this is done directly over the internet with no special software required.
Consulting
HPE can provide a cost free water analysis and/or system review with consultation (for most facilities). This free evaluation is provided to allow the owner an assessment of the current water treatment program along with recommendations for cost and energy savings.
On-Site Inspections & Testing
Our team provides regular service to each customer, testing and assessing key systems, parameters, and equipment. We can provide a general visual equipment inspection along with water testing and sample collection for lab analysis, but can readily schedule a complete, thorough analysis using top-of-the-line video equipment for assessment and documentation.
Training
HPE provides ongoing training reviews for our clients, with detailed program manuals for key information and documentation as well as on-site seminars to train personnel in basic water chemistry and treatment considerations. The result: a base of knowledge in water treatment for all our clients, leading to safer, more efficient operations.
Seasonal Layup
How well a system is laid up can be just as important as its care while in full operation. A well-cared-for system during normal operation may suffer neglect as the season is ending, leading corrosion and bio-fouling issues that result in higher maintenance costs and reduced equipment life. HPE knows the value of protecting critical equipment and provides instruction and guidelines to assist in a proper layup sequence.

Corrosion Monitoring
Corrosion monitoring data supplies information which establishes a baseline for tracking equipment performance compared with industry standards. By installing corrosion coupons and removing them after a predetermined period of time, we can evaluate the general corrosion rates and plan services and programs accordingly.
Cooling Tower Cleaning
An important part of a cooling water treatment program is maintaining a routine cleaning schedule. Cooling towers bring in many contaminants that can contribute to biofilm and a higher risk of Legionnaires disease. Twice yearly cleaning is recommended by the AWT, CDC, CTI and ASHRAE. HPE can provide this service or provide cleaning procedures and consultation for your staff.
